Twitter is a free broadcasting service that allows you to tell the world anything you like in 140 characters at a time.

It is not email. It is not messaging. It is broadcasting. One to many.

Twitter is a conversation with the world. It’s as dumb or as smart as you and ‘your people’ make it. Tiny, seemingly insignificant social connections and serendipitous bits of information can so often help and direct our lives in sometimes surprisingly major ways. That's Twitter, that's life too!
